Refinancing

Sourcing Fresh New Finance

Linked but separate to the above where the debts have resulted from debts taken on for speculative financial misadventure we will liaise with valuers, auctioneers, quantity surveyors, architects and engineers to ascertain the current value of the security, the best way to enhance the securities potential and consider the risks and rewards associated with each strategy.
